Unless another method of use is recommended by your doctor or pharmacist; The recommended daily dose for adults is 8 lozenges. For children over 5 years of age, 4-5 lozenges a day. For children aged 3-5, 3 lozenges a day. You can use the lozenge by slowly sucking it in the mouth every 2-3 hours. It is not recommended for use in children under 3 years of age.
