- Otrivin Adult Nasal Spray is a decongestant nasal spray. The nasal spray contains an active ingredient, xylometazoline, which starts to work within 5 minutes, and provides congestion relief against common cold, allergic rhinitis or sinusitis for up to 10 hours.
- Otrivin Adult Nasal Spray gets to work in 5 minutes and lasts for up to 10 hours. The maximum daily dose to be sprayed is 2-3 times a day, once in each nostril. Do not use for more than three days at a time unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist. If congestion persists for more than 3 days, seek medical advice.
